Going away? Your pet stays home. We come to them — maintaining their full routine, sleeping in their own space, and keeping your home occupied while you travel.

Your pet sleeps where they always sleep, eats when they always eat, and follows the daily schedule you have established — without interruption.
No unfamiliar smells, no strange animals in adjacent spaces, no group environment that overwhelms pets who are accustomed to a quiet home.
A professional carer present in and around your home while you travel adds a layer of security that an empty property cannot offer.
Pets on medication, special diets, or with senior care needs are managed precisely — no facility schedule to work around, just your pet's actual requirements.

Whether you are away for one night or three weeks, we have a format that keeps your pet covered for the full duration.
Perfect for a work event, dinner that runs late, or any situation where your pet needs someone to stay through the night and into the morning.
Our most popular format — full overnight coverage for the duration of your trip. Your pet’s complete daily routine is maintained from the day you leave to the day you return.
For dog owners who have considered a dog hotel but want a genuinely home-based alternative — same reliability and professional care without the facility environment.
Every overnight booking covers your pet’s complete daily needs — not just the nights. We manage the full day from arrival to your return.
— Each day starts with your pet’s regular morning routine — same timing, same food, same walk route they are used to.
— Feeding, play, outdoor time, and company throughout the day — not just an overnight babysitter who disappears at sunrise.
— All medication given accurately and on schedule — oral, topical, or injected — for pets with ongoing medical needs.
— At least one photo update every day so you can see your pet is comfortable and well cared for while you are away.
— Your home is occupied throughout your absence — doors secured, lights managed, and a visible presence that an empty property cannot provide.
— Your carer stays through the night, handling any late-night needs and ensuring your pet is never alone during the dark hours.
The smoother your preparation, the better your pet’s experience while you are away. Five things to do before you leave.
Jacksonville's peak travel periods — summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break — fill quickly. Book at least two to three weeks in advance for any major travel window.
Your carer should meet your pet at your home before the trip. Do not leave the first meeting to the day you depart with luggage in hand.
Feeding schedule, potty timing, medication details, vet contact, behavioral notes, home access information. Written and clearly visible before you leave.
Enough food, medication, treats, and supplies to cover the full duration of your trip plus a buffer. Do not leave your carer scrambling mid-trip.
Your carer needs to know when you are coming back so they can plan the final morning routine, the handover, and any end-of-stay needs.

From your first enquiry to your return home, the process is built to be simple and stress-free on your end.
Tell us your travel dates, your pet’s details, and what kind of overnight coverage you need. We confirm availability and next steps.
We visit your home before the trip, meet your pet, learn their routine, and go through everything we need to know. No charge, no pressure.
We lock in your dates. You leave written instructions, stock up on supplies, and share access information. We handle the rest.
Your carer arrives as planned, manages every day and night of your absence, and sends you daily updates. Your pet is covered.

Each day follows your pet’s established routine as closely as possible — morning feeding and walk, daytime care and activity, evening feeding, and an overnight stay. We send at least one photo update per day so you always know how your pet is doing.
Yes. We regularly care for multi-pet households that include both dogs and cats — as well as small animals. All individual care requirements are discussed during the meet-and-greet and covered in your written care instructions.
We contact you immediately if a medical concern arises. We follow your instruction on your preferred vet and, if you are unreachable, act on your pre-agreed emergency contact and protocol. We do not make medical decisions without your authorization unless the situation is time-critical.
For peak periods — summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break — we recommend booking at least three to four weeks in advance. Jacksonville is a travel-heavy city during these windows and availability fills quickly. For non-holiday travel, two weeks’ notice is generally sufficient.
